WOW!!! Adelee turned one over the weekend! We cannot believe how fast time flies and what a big girl she is! We had a wonderful weekend with family and friends. Auntie Anna and Uncle Tom left Abby Sophie and Noah in Michigan to come out for a 4 day visit! WOW! And, Gramma and Grampa Kaiton and Uncle Russ where out to help us celebrate! We did a lot but best of all we spent quality time with each other! We had a party on her birthday and she was the star of the show. You can watch the video of her walking around the apartment "greeting" everyone, plus she had a ball opening gifts. She loves all of her new toys/gifts, so thank you to everyone!!!
Adelee came down with her first "sickness" the week before her birthday. She had a nasty case of "croup"!! She was a good sport about it and did just what she needed to do... a lot of sleeping!!! We got her into the doctor for meds just in time and she was all better for her company on Friday! But it sure did add to the excitement of the birthday week!! The good naps did not continue for Adelee during the weekend, Adelee went 4 days taking only one short nap a day (she was a doll regardless)...but thank God we are back to normal today and she has taken 2 perfect naps (lets hope that the 2 naps a day last at least a few more months!!)
